Dr. Brennan�s many years of experience in leadership and management roles and in organizational development allow him to help executives and organizations recognize and utilize their strengths and channel them in service of their goals. He utilizes methods such as feedback, action planning, active learning and follow-up into the day to day activities of the client�s work life. His approaches are outcome focused and deliver short-term improvements as well as sustained long-term benefits to individuals and the business. He tailors his coaching methodology to meet the needs of each individual client. This includes one on one, in person, via phone or email, or a combination thereof.
